Tiercon participated in the 2019 Big Bike Event in support of the Heart & Stroke Foundation. The Tiercon team filled the enormous bike with 29 riders, who with the help of the J2 Group, raised a record-breaking fundraising total of more than $12,500.
On June 11th and 12th, the J2 Group including riders from Tiercon participated in the 15th Anniversary Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer. Tiercon, J2 and AGS were very proud to raise nearly $33,000 to aid cancer research. Single riders and many teams collectively rose over $16 Million and rode 215km in the fight against cancer.
On Thursday, March 28, 2019, Tiercon was issued the Heart & Stroke Award for an ongoing commitment to fundraising, wellness and community spirit. We are happy to announce that Tiercon was recognized at the Annual Stoney Creek Chamber of Commerce Awards Ceremony as the Large Business of the Year for 2017. This is a great acknowledgement from the community that we are very proud of.
50 people participated from J2 including 16 from Tiercon participated in this year’s Heart and Stroke Walk and Run for Heart. There were more than 20,000 participants overall between all the events. The city of Toronto shut down the Gardiner Expressway for the Run and Walk, and the Don Valley Parkway for the Ride.
