Tiercon’s paint facilities are amongst North America’s most advanced. Our paint process uses robotic application systems. The paint line can handle a broad range of plastic and steel substrates using its low or high bake temperature capabilities. The technology allows for a combination of prime coat, base coat, and tri-coat application in a single pass. The in house colour spectrometry ensures flawless colour harmony.

Our competitive advantage is further enhanced by our off-line test spray booth and bake oven that is designed to replicate our production paint line and allows for robot programming and prototype painting of future products, without interruption to the production paint line.
