Tiercon assembles bumper systems on two highly automated lines that feature overhead power and free conveyors with “stop/go” workstations. The on line gauging systems assure 100% dimensional verification and torque control for all fasteners. Over 60 combinations and variations of assemblies are produced with zero change over time.
