On Friday, April 14, 2023, Tiercon continued our ongoing support to the refugee assistance program by providing additional lightly used laptops to the Niagara Folk Art Multicultural Centre in St. Catharines, Ontario. Mohamed Rashed and Adriana Duque from the Centre graciously received the laptops.
These devices are used to aid new immigrants in getting settled and to find gainful employment in Canada. The Centre assists more than 200 refugees from Afghanistan each year.
Tiercon has also partnered with the Lincoln Rotary Club to assist with additional lap top donations.
