Capabilities – From Concept to Completion

At Tiercon, we offer end-to-end solutions – from design and prototyping to manufacturing and delivery – for some of the most established names in the automotive industry. Our workforce of more than 600 employees operates in five North American facilities totalling more than 500,000 sq. ft. of industrial space that houses multiple injection molding presses, as well as a highly automated, state-of-the-art paintline and assembly operations.

Annually, we produce millions of parts quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Our abilities in the area of design, onsite testing, innovation, and predictive failure modes analysis truly set us apart from the competition and allow us to create a virtually unlimited range of plastic and plastic-metal integrated parts and assemblies for our customers.

Our Innovation Centre is staffed with highly trained designers and engineers who operate with a core development process that includes creating sketches, renderings, finite element analysis, Moldflow analysis, CAD modeling, development testing and more.

Engineering

Moulding

With your design approved, we develop tools and processes to meet and exceed your expectations.

Assembly

With our flexible assembly facility and equipment, our workforce is able to create a variety of part and component assemblies ranging from low to high volumes.

Painting

We use our highly automated paintline to apply to a custom finish to a variety of different parts in an environmentally sustainable manner.
